8-Minute MetCon Circuit

Use this 8-minute metabolic conditioning circuit at the end of strength work with your clients or as a separate conditioning block on a day when your focus is conditioning.

Every Minute, On the Minute, For 8 Minutes Perform:

  • 15 Russian Kettlebell Swings
  • 10 STRICT Push Ups
  • 5 Chin Ups

This is a VERY challenging metabolic conditioning circuit that you’ll likely need to regress for some of your clients.

You’ll notice around minute 7 that I begin to fade!
